Hi all - Jackie invited me to join crochet. Thanks, Jackie. I'm more of a knitter and spinner and all around fiber addict. I work at my DDIL's needlework shop here in Regina, SK, Canada and hang out at a LYS on Saturdays, where we knit, spin, crochet etc all day. We've all been knitting hats for the homeless with yarn the owner has donated.

A customer was in to Canadiana - my DDIL's shop - recently wearing the cutest crochet top. It was like a Tee top. I'm searching for a pattern for it, but have had no luck so far.

Thanks for letting me join the group.

Lovely bag, Shirley -- and good way to keep costs down. In the spring I find more yarns, etc. at sales but not so much right now. A LYS has free yarn donated by customers for making charity items - it is not always available but sure helps when it is. Yes, great to have a crochet group thanks all.
